Spend money......great customer service.
Choose to not spend money.....poor customer service.
Why is that? Why can't we always treat people the same? Why can't we treat people how we'd want to be treated?
Somehow as we age we forget common courtesies that were taught by our families. We need to get back to that!

Ok, so I had a problem with my home internet service. So, I called AT&T U-Verse and I spoke to what appeared to be a very knowledgeable representative. He was able to assist me and adjust my bill accordingly......or so I thought! A week later when my bill came out, the adjustment was NOT there. So, I worked in customer service for 15+ years and I couldn't in good conscience NOT do what I said I was going to do! How can those that do, do? Expecially, when they're getting paid to service the customer?
Companies have to know.....so I ask., when did companies start caring more about money than customers? And don't they know that their money comes from customers?
DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer Service Gone Wrong.....
Is it me or does it piss you off when you receive bad customer service. I was at Steak N' Shake and the server was really rude....I looked at her and thought to myself, "If you don't lose the attitude, you'll be working in fast food (NOT MANAGEMENT) for the rest of your life." UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It boils down to this.....where do you want to be?

Customer service gone wrong!
I grew up in an era where people were polite because it was the right thing to do. My first real job was at AT&T and they believed in great customer service. They would always say, "We'll never be the cheapest, but we'll always give the best customer service"
So I ask, what happened? When did companies get away from making the customer the priority?
I realize that the main purpose is to be profitable, but providing great customer service will create a customer retantion base. Loyal customers are more important than new customers.
